Users engage in a touch-screen mini-game, connect via a digital platform, and instantly receive rewards—all without the need for on-site staff. This seamless process is fully managed by the proprietary software platform developed by Alta Software, which controls everything from game logic and reward eligibility to hardware integration for product dispensing.

At the heart of the experience is the custom-designed mini-game “Blueberry Power Up”, created exclusively for this campaign. Users participate in groups of three, simultaneously pressing a “Blueberry” button to charge a virtual blueberry displayed on the LCD screen. Once the energy level reaches its threshold and participants are verified via a camera system, the reward is automatically dispensed. Alta Software developed the entire interaction flow, including real-time signal processing and precision calibration to ensure flawless performance in real-world conditions.

To bridge the device with users, the system incorporates a QR code scan that connects to a Zalo Mini App—a widely used social platform in Vietnam. After scanning, users are directed to an interactive interface within Zalo, enabling the brand to naturally collect behavioral data. This also opens up a post-event marketing channel for promotions, surveys, or loyalty programs.
