INTERACTIVE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS BY ALTA SOFTWARE AT THE NATIONAL EXHIBITION ON PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH AT THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE
In the solemn and symbolically significant setting of the Presidential Palace of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a modern digital exhibition environment has been implemented to convey the nation’s historical, cultural, and administrative values. This prestigious venue regularly welcomes international delegations, heads of state, and high-level political events, necessitating a display system that is not only cutting-edge and dignified but also exceptionally robust in terms of technical reliability.

Children Engaging with the Interactive Experience Zone
In this important national project, Alta Media—a seasoned display and interactive hardware solutions provider—was responsible for supplying the complete hardware infrastructure. This included touchscreens, dedicated presentation kiosks, and intelligently arranged navigation panels, all designed with aesthetic harmony, high technical stability, and accessibility for users of all ages. Nevertheless, software plays an indispensable role in truly ” bringing the system to life” and transforming it into a meaningful interactive experience. Alta Software, a key member of the Alta Group ecosystem, expertly handled this critical mission. With strong technical expertise in software solutions for exhibitions, Alta Software custom-designed and developed a trio of core applications specifically for the Presidential Palace project: Gallery, Quiz, and Book.
The Gallery application serves as the central hub for presenting visual content, including historical archives, architectural landmarks, portraits, and significant timelines. The system is programmed to deliver these materials in a visually compelling and contextually enriched format. The interface is fully optimized for touchscreens, allowing visitors to easily interact, zoom in on images, read detailed descriptions, and navigate through curated scenes seamlessly, akin to an immersive visual narrative. Far more than a static display, the Gallery serves as a technology-driven storytelling platform, where each image is carefully embedded in a coherent, purposeful narrative.

Interactive Devices Featuring the Gallery and Quiz Apps in the Experience Room
The Quiz application is a standout feature that transforms the exhibition from a one-way information display into an engaging, pedagogical, and discovery-oriented environment. Visitors can participate in answering questions based on the content they’ve just explored—from historical facts and geographical knowledge to prominent figures and political events. Programmed by Alta Software, the Quiz system displays scores, provides instant feedback on correct or incorrect answers, and can be expanded into interactive games with rewards or participation certificates. This is an effective gamification approach, especially appealing to younger audiences, students, and educational tour groups.
The third application, Book, functions as a compact digital library, enabling visitors to read books, browse documents, and access digitized content such as guides, analytical articles, legal texts, and thematic publications. Its interface mimics a real book, supporting both page-flipping and vertical scrolling depending on the device, offering a familiar yet seamless reading experience. The Book app also includes keyword search, bookmarking, and multi-language support. This digital solution eliminates the need for printed materials, supporting environmental sustainability while maintaining an elegant and dynamically updatable presentation format.

The Book App is Installed Along Exhibition Pathways for Visitor Access
A defining strength of the entire system developed by Alta Software lies in its seamless integration with the hardware provided by Alta Media. This is more than a simple connection between software and hardware—it is a fully unified ecosystem, in which each software module is meticulously aligned with the operational specifications of the hardware components, and each device is pre-configured to enhance software performance. This close internal collaboration between two core members of Alta Group results in significantly faster deployment, minimal technical issues, and the highest possible stability throughout extended operations.
The software system is also engineered to run independently on a local network, without requiring internet access. This design enhances data security and ensures consistent performance. Content can be updated flexibly via USB or local area network, making it easy to refresh materials periodically to match each exhibition phase. A dedicated admin interface was also developed for staff, offering a user-centric and intuitively designed experience while retaining full operational control.
The project at the Presidential Palace stands as one of the most compelling demonstrations of Alta Software’s technological capabilities and executional excellence in programming national-level exhibition solutions. More than just a software provider, Alta Software serves as a strategic technology partner, working alongside cultural institutions, event organizers, and enterprises in their journey to digitally transform exhibition spaces and preserve knowledge in innovative ways.

Projection Mapping System Featured in the Vintage Car Display Area
In addition to the interactive applications, the exhibition also features a projection mapping system in the vintage car display area, enhancing the storytelling through visually immersive technology that complements the historical ambiance. For institutions seeking an exhibition software solution that integrates refined aesthetics, operational resilience, stringent security, and immersive interactivity, Alta Software stands as a trusted choice, offering comprehensive support from content solutions to technical infrastructure.
