ALTA SOFTWARE APPLIES AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY, SPREADING THE SPIRIT OF INNOVATION AT THE 1ST PARTY CONGRESS OF HO CHI MINH CITY (TERM 2025–2030)

The 1st Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025–2030 term took place in a solemn atmosphere, reflecting the city’s strong commitment to innovation and technology-driven development. At this significant event, Alta Software, a member of ALTA Group, was honored to participate by showcasing intelligent robotic solutions that embody the company’s pioneering spirit and aspiration to master technology in the digital era.

Alta Software was honored to accompany the 1st Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025–2030 term with its intelligent robotic systems.

In today’s digital age, technological transformation and automation have become essential across all sectors — from manufacturing and education to social governance. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent robotics, and digital data systems is paving the way for smart cities, enhancing productivity and improving quality of life.

Embracing this vision, Alta Software took part in the 1st Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City, contributing a showcase of intelligent robotic systems that exemplify the innovation, creativity, and technological mastery of Vietnamese engineers in the era of digital transformation.

The event, held from October 13 to 15, 2025, brought together over 550 delegates, representing the collective will, intellect, and aspirations of the city’s Party and citizens.

With a focus on comprehensive digital transformation, scientific innovation, and sustainable development, the Congress served not only as a reflection on past achievements but also as the foundation for Ho Chi Minh City’s next stage of progress toward becoming a modern, smart, and sustainable metropolis.

In this context, Alta Software was proud to contribute through its lineup of intelligent robots, embodying the values of innovation, technological autonomy, and digital advancement — the very pillars driving the city’s future vision.

The intelligent robotic systems were deployed at ALTA Group’s exhibition area

At ALTA Group’s exhibition area, the intelligent robots programmed by Alta Software drew strong attention from delegates and visitors alike. The display featured Dobot Atom, San San, CR5 Robotic Arm, Firefighting Robot, Deli Robot, and interactive components of Pepper Robot — each representing a unique field of application, showcasing the ingenuity and technological capabilities of Vietnamese engineers.

Among them, San San Robot stood out as the “performer” of the lineup. With its charming design and ability to recognize voices and facial expressions, San San could respond naturally, move fluidly, and even dance to music. Its synchronized audio and smooth motion system created a delightful blend of art and technology that captivated audiences.

The CR5 Robotic Arm, despite its compact size, demonstrated impressive industrial automation capabilities. It can mimic human movements and execute high-precision tasks such as taping, packing, or arranging products — making it a practical solution for production lines that boosts both speed and efficiency.

Dobot Atom, with its eye-catching design, captured strong interest from many attendees

Dobot Atom, a next-generation humanoid robot, impressed with its user-friendly design and dynamic performance. Equipped with 41 degrees of freedom and an AI navigation system, it moves naturally through coordinated head, torso, and arm motions, accurately mimicking human gestures. Integrated computer vision and depth sensors allow Dobot Atom to detect objects and respond contextually, delivering a realistic and interactive user experience.

The Firefighting Robot showcased the practical potential of robotics in emergency response. Designed for hazardous environments, it can move flexibly, spray water, and withstand high temperatures, effectively reducing risks for firefighting teams.

Meanwhile, Deli Robot and Pepper Robot’s interactive components demonstrated the use of robotics in service and education, simulating human communication and support functions in everyday contexts.

This impressive lineup not only highlighted Alta Software’s technological strength and creative vision but also reaffirmed ALTA Group’s strategic direction — developing a training and application center for robotics in Vietnam, where technology serves humanity and drives the city’s digital transformation and high-tech industrial growth.

City leaders and delegates interacting with the Tetsu robot

At the reception area of the Congress, two intelligent robots — Alice and Tetsu — programmed by Alta Software became a standout innovation. With their friendly interfaces, fluid movements, and precise facial recognition, they efficiently handled delegate check-ins, identity verification, and greetings, ensuring a smooth and professional registration process.

Powered by advanced technologies, Alice and Tetsu could automatically identify faces, record data, and respond in real time, optimizing both speed and accuracy.

Beyond their technical function, the robots were also programmed to communicate through voice and gestures, creating an engaging and modern interactive experience — a true reflection of the city’s innovative approach to large-scale event management.

During the Congress, Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and Mr. Dang Minh Thong, Deputy Secretary, personally experienced the automated check-in process with Alice and Tetsu. Their interaction served as clear proof of the real-world effectiveness of Alta Software’s technologies and reaffirmed Vietnamese engineers’ growing mastery of AI and robotics.

Participating in the 1st Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City was a profound honor for Alta Software, marking a milestone in its mission to advance intelligent robotics “Made in Vietnam.”

The event stands as a powerful testament to the company’s innovative spirit, technological capability, and sustainable vision — milestones that align with ALTA Group’s journey to establish Vietnam’s Robotics Training and Application Center, bringing technology closer to people and accelerating Ho Chi Minh City’s digital transformation in the years ahead.
