HCA TRAINING CENTER CO-ORGANIZES THE TRAINING PROGRAM “ENHANCING MEDIA MATERIAL DESIGN CAPACITY”

To improve the capacity to apply digital technology and artificial intelligence in the workplace, the People’s Committee of Tan Son Nhat Ward and the Training Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) are organizing the training program “Enhancing Media Material Design Capacity.” The program is co-trained by the Academy For SMEs (Canva Academy), aiming to support trainees in effectively utilizing design tools and AI in practical work.

The program aims to equip cadres, civil servants, public employees, teachers, youth union members, and staff in charge of communications, office administration, and digital transformation with practical skills in designing media materials, building presentations, drafting content, and optimizing workflows using Canva AI.

In the context of robust digital transformation, applying AI tools to daily tasks not only saves time but also improves the quality of media products, reports, lesson plans, documents, and publications for professional activities. Through the program, trainees will receive hands-on guidance directly on the Canva AI platform, from exploiting design resources to using smart features such as Magic Studio, Magic Design, Magic Write, Magic Edit, Bulk Create, Canva Docs, and Canva Sheets.

The program will take place from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the Training Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), 446 Hoang Van Thu Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The format is in-person training combined with practical instruction on the Canva AI platform. The program is expected to attract about 70–100 delegates.
