ALTA SOFTWARE CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE MEKONG DELTA

On January 4, 2025, the Opening Ceremony of the Back-end and Front-end Programming Training Course officially took place at Hau Giang Digital Technology Park. As a partner participating in the training course, Alta Software is honored to cooperate with the Innovation Services Center (ISC) in improving the quality of human resources and meeting the increasing recruitment demand in the field of information technology (IT).

In the context of the IT industry in this region is growing strongly, the demand for recruiting quality programmers, especially Back-end and Front-end programming experts, is increasing. Alta Software recognizes the importance of human resource development and has actively participated in organizing this training course, providing students with essential knowledge and skills.

This training course is a valuable opportunity for students to improve their capacity. The program not only focuses on technical skills but also develops creative thinking, problem-solving and teamwork skills – important factors that help students be ready to enter the labor market. In particular, the training course focuses on practice, helping students master theory and practical experience.

The first phase of the program was implemented for 110 students from FPT Polytechnic Can Tho College, lasting for 12 weeks. Students will participate in practical projects from businesses, thereby quickly getting acquainted and adapting to real work.

Participating in the Opening Ceremony of the Back-end and Front-end Programming Training Course, Ms. Dinh Thi Tuyet Trinh, Resource Manager of Alta Software shared: ‘Students will be able to apply exercises from practical projects that businesses are implementing, helping them quickly adapt to work.’ Not only does the program provide professional knowledge, but it also enhances soft skills, including communication and teamwork, along with English language training to increase opportunities for international integration.

Previously, Alta Software and Hau Giang province jointly signed a cooperation agreement to develop the field of information technology. Therefore, Alta Software is extremely proud to continue to work with Hau Giang province to implement Back-end and Front-end Programming Training Courses, improving the quality of human resources in the Mekong Delta. It is expected that the program will expand free training to about 400-500 information technology students in 2025, contributing to meeting the human resource needs for businesses.
