ALTA SOFTWARE CONNECTS WITH THE INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM, PARTICIPATING IN THE ISC JOBFAIR 2024 RECRUITMENT EVENT AT THE HAU GIANG DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PARK

The ISC Jobfair 2024 recruitment event is a significant occasion, providing not only career development opportunities but also a chance to connect and build sustainable collaborative relationships. The event attracted over 500 young people from universities and colleges in Can Tho, Hau Giang, and neighboring provinces. As a company based in the Hau Giang Digital Technology Park, Alta Software was committed to participating alongside other investment entities.

The program featured the participation of various governmental departments, businesses, educational institutions, job placement centers, and hundreds of students from different schools. In particular, ISC Jobfair 2024 was honored to welcome Mrs. Ho Thu Anh, Vice Chairwoman of the Hau Giang Provincial People’s Committee, along with representatives from the Department of Information and Communication, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, and the Department of Science and Technology of Hau Giang Province. In an open atmosphere, the ISC Jobfair 2024 was a resounding success, offering many potential new development opportunities.

The program was organized with the aim of supporting and maintaining the relationship between educational institutions and businesses, providing numerous internship opportunities for students and candidates seeking development prospects. Additionally, through recruitment activities, businesses can find suitable human resources to operate within the Digital Technology Park. Therefore, Alta Software participated in the event to engage and connect with potential candidates.

During the event, the delegates and management shared valuable and meaningful insights. This was a precious opportunity for organizations and businesses to gain a deeper understanding of Hau Giang’s development potential, which holds great promise for the future. At the same time, to express gratitude and celebrate the positive relationship between Hau Giang and the eight businesses in the Digital Technology Park, representatives from these organizations received gifts and took commemorative photos with the delegates and leaders.

In addition to valuable sharing and contributions, the program featured experiential activities at the recruitment booths of various companies. With 8 leading firms in the information technology sector, the ISC Jobfair 2024 offered over 700 job and internship opportunities for 500 young candidates from educational institutions.

Here, candidates had the chance to showcase their abilities, understand market recruitment needs, and receive attractive gifts. Most notably, candidates could participate in direct interviews with companies, seeking career development opportunities in Hau Giang Province.

As one of the eight companies in the Hau Giang Digital Technology Park, Alta Software set up a recruitment booth that attracted significant interest from the candidate community. In addition to providing attractive job opportunities, this was also an opportunity for Alta Software to connect with a pool of young talent, understand their needs and mindset, and build positive relationships.

In parallel with recruitment activities, ISC also organizes seminars with useful information. In which, Alta Software has proposed to organize two seminars: Software Seminar and Soft Skills Seminar.

The software seminar, titled “Tech For Life,” was presented by Mr. Nguyễn Viết Cường, the Training Director at Alta Software. It focused on the potential of technology, the application of science in daily life, and the future direction of the industry. Additionally, the seminar provided insights into modern devices, essential skills, and artificial intelligence trends, promoting the digital transformation process.

Meanwhile, the seminar was organized by Ms. Dinh Thi Tuyet Trinh – Director of Human Resources Administration of Alta Group with the topic How to make a CV and interview for a job. In a warm and open atmosphere, Ms. Dinh Thi Tuyet Trinh shared useful information and conveyed valuable experiences to candidates. Typically: how to present a CV to attract employers, how to write a professional email, interview answering skills.

Both seminars received a lot of attention from participants. In addition to the outstanding information, representatives of Alta Software also answered questions from candidates.
