On the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025, Job Fair 2 – 2025 kicked off with robust participation from students and regional technology enterprises. This recurring event, organized by ISC in collaboration with strategic partners, is designed to bridge the skills and recruitment gap in information technology, digital engineering, and related fields by fostering direct connections and knowledge exchange.

This year’s event not only provided recruitment and internship opportunities but also expanded its scope with a variety of practical activities, including networking sessions between enterprises and students, speed interviews, career orientation consultations, and a series of specialized seminars. With meticulous planning and the support of reputable companies, Job Fair 2 – 2025 at ISC Hau Giang delivered a comprehensive, hands-on, and inspiring career festival for the next generation of talent in the digital transformation era.

Students presented capstone projects following a 12-week training program

Notably, within the framework of Job Fair 2 – 2025, 48 outstanding students were selected to present their capstone projects, chosen from 130 candidates who enrolled in the training program that began on January 4, 2025. This platform offered students an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they had cultivated throughout the intensive training period. These projects not only reflect their hard work but also serve as tangible proof of their ability to apply theory to real-world scenarios, bolstering their confidence as they enter the job market and equipping them to tackle challenges in a technology-driven environment.

Before this, Alta Software participated in the opening ceremony of the Backend and Frontend Programming Training Course as a training partner, collaborating with the ISC Center to enhance the development of young technology talent. Leveraging its expertise in software development and technological innovation, Alta Software contributed not only technical instruction but also real-world insights through exercises and projects drawn from its enterprise operations.
