ALTA SOFTWARE PARTNERS WITH HCA TO HOST ENTERPRISE SEMESTER PROJECT DEFENSE

On February 3, Alta Software partnered with HCA to organize the enterprise semester project defense for the Back-end and Front-end programming training courses. The activity is part of an Information Technology training program closely aligned with real-world business practice, designed to comprehensively assess learners’ academic progress, skill development, and ability to apply knowledge after completing the course.

The program was jointly implemented by Alta Software and the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), which served as the training and organizing unit, with the participation of the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City (UTH) and the Viet My Training Center. Notably, this marked the seventh cohort in the Enterprise Semester program series delivered by the organizers; for UTH in particular, the session represented the third cohort, further reinforcing a training orientation closely connected to industry practice and workforce demand in the technology sector.

The project defense was not only a milestone marking the conclusion of the learning journey but also an opportunity for trainees to directly demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to operate in a business-oriented environment. The activity was designed to help learners gradually familiarize themselves with professional evaluation, critique, and product refinement processes aligned with industry standards.

During the defense, trainees presented their projects in sequence, covering project concepts, proposed solutions, implementation processes, and achieved results. The presentations were carefully prepared, clearly reflecting research efforts, teamwork, and product development throughout the training period. Many projects demonstrated strong technical investment while emphasizing practicality, scalability, and alignment with real-world technology contexts.

Alongside the presentations, trainees engaged in direct discussions with the professional evaluation panel and business representatives. Projects were assessed based on multiple criteria, including logical thinking, practical application of knowledge, presentation skills, and the extent to which they met the requirements of technology enterprises. Constructive feedback helped trainees identify strengths and areas for improvement, enabling them to further refine both professional capabilities and a professional working mindset.

The enterprise semester project defense also highlighted the practice-oriented training model jointly implemented by HCA and Alta Software. The Information Technology program follows a hands-on approach, balancing theory and practice through projects derived from actual business needs. The Back-end and Front-end courses were structured as 12-week programs, applying a flexible learning format that combines online sessions with in-person training at the HCA Training Center.

In addition to programming expertise, the program places strong emphasis on essential professional skills such as teamwork, presentation, critical thinking, and adaptability to diverse working models. Trainees gain early exposure to real-world projects, implementation workflows, quality standards, and job requirements within technology enterprises during the training phase.

As a key partner, Alta Software was involved throughout the training and evaluation process, from sharing professional insights and project critique to guiding product refinement. This ongoing collaboration contributed to enhancing training quality while enabling trainees to better understand real-world workflows, professional standards, and operational expectations in technology enterprises. As a result, trainees were well prepared and successfully completed the enterprise semester project defense with positive outcomes.

The enterprise semester project defense concluded with positive results for trainees and partner organizations.

Through close collaboration between HCA and Alta Software, the enterprise semester project defense was successfully delivered, leaving a strong impression on the organizing committee, partner institutions, and especially the trainees. The activity continues to affirm the training–enterprise–practice connection, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources in the information technology sector and providing a solid foundation for trainees to confidently adapt to professional working environments in the future.
