ALTA SOFTWARE BRINGS THE DIGITAL CITY ECOSYSTEM TO THE SMART CITY & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROMOTION PROGRAM IN AN GIANG PROVINCE, CONTRIBUTING TO SUSTAINABLE SMART URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Alta Software participated in the Smart City & Digital Transformation Promotion Program in An Giang Province, introducing the Digital City ecosystem alongside practical technology solutions that support smarter urban management, monitoring, and operations.

As digital transformation increasingly becomes a foundational element in local development, technology solutions for urban management, monitoring, and operations are receiving growing attention. Beyond data digitization, smart cities are also moving toward system connectivity, real-time data utilization, and optimized operational efficiency.

Therefore, the Smart City & Digital Transformation Promotion Program in An Giang Province was organized to create a collaborative platform connecting government agencies, experts, and technology enterprises for discussions, consultations, and the introduction of digital transformation solutions aligned with local practical needs. The program also provided an opportunity for highly applicable technology platforms to engage more closely with urban management, operations, and smart city development activities in An Giang.

The Smart City & Digital Transformation Promotion Program in An Giang Province was held as part of the 2026 digital transformation initiative in An Giang Province and Can Tho City, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) in collaboration with local partners. The program brought together experts, technology enterprises, and local representatives to exchange ideas, provide consultations, and introduce digital solutions applicable to urban management, operations, and smart city development.

The program took place over two days, from May 14–15, 2026, featuring key activities including digital transformation consulting sessions for wards, communes, and special administrative zones in An Giang Province, technology solution exhibitions, thematic seminars on digital solutions for smart city development, and networking activities between local authorities and the technology business community. The activities were hosted at the An Giang Provincial Police Hall in Rach Gia Ward, An Giang Province.

Through the program, participating organizations had the opportunity to showcase technology models, platforms, and solutions supporting local digital transformation efforts. The event also enabled technology enterprises to connect directly with the practical needs of government agencies, contributing to the application of technology in areas such as urban management, smart monitoring, digital infrastructure, data management, and centralized operations.

Alta Software joined the program with a focus on introducing practical technology solutions designed to support smart urban management, monitoring, and operations. As part of the exhibition activities, Alta Software presented the Digital City ecosystem — a solution developed to support data collection, recognition, retrieval, and utilization from urban camera systems, integrated with AI, real-time data, and centralized management models.

At the core of Digital City is the ability to connect data from multiple camera sources, devices, and systems into a unified management platform. Through this integration, visual data is not only recorded but can also be analyzed, recognized, and retrieved to support urban monitoring activities. The solution supports real-time operational tracking, recognition data storage, subject and vehicle information management, and search and retrieval tools when needed.

One of the key platforms within the Digital City ecosystem is IOS – Incident Observation System. This is an intelligent monitoring and recognition solution that applies AI to camera monitoring, subject recognition, vehicle recognition, data retrieval, and incident analysis during operations. With real-time data processing capabilities, IOS helps management units improve monitoring efficiency, shorten information retrieval time, and support faster responses to operational incidents.

In addition to monitoring capabilities, Digital City also focuses on operational data analytics through intuitive reports and dashboards. The system supports data aggregation, tracking the number of recognized subjects and vehicles, and analyzing data by time, area, or data group. This provides operators with valuable insights for evaluating operational conditions across locations. This capability plays an important role in transforming fragmented data into actionable information for urban management.

Alongside IOS, the Digital City ecosystem is further expanded with MTC – Multimedia Terminal Controller, a centralized digital content management solution for LED, LCD, Digital Signage systems, and multi-platform display devices. MTC supports remote content coordination, updates, and management, enabling operators to efficiently distribute information, announcements, and media content across multiple display points. Within the Digital City model, MTC contributes to building a synchronized and flexible digital communication network tailored to modern urban operations.

At the same time, CDM – Centralized Device Management System was introduced as a centralized device management solution that supports monitoring, controlling, and operating IT infrastructure across multiple operating systems. CDM enables device status monitoring, remote control support, and optimized system administration, contributing to more synchronized and efficient infrastructure management.

By integrating IOS, MTC, and CDM, Alta Software’s Digital City ecosystem aims to create a smart urban operation model capable of centralized monitoring, efficient data management, flexible content coordination, and synchronized device administration. These technologies not only support individual operational tasks but also complement one another within a unified system, helping improve management efficiency, optimize resources, and establish a foundation for smart city development.

In addition to the Digital City ecosystem, Alta Software also introduced the Fire Fighting Robot as a technology model with practical applications in emergency response support. The robot was designed to assist firefighting forces in hazardous environments such as areas with dense smoke, extreme temperatures, or locations that limit direct human access.

With flexible mobility capabilities, the Fire Fighting Robot can access emergency areas, support remote water spraying operations, and help reduce risks for firefighting teams during missions. The application of robotics in firefighting and rescue operations not only enhances response capabilities in harsh environments but also reflects a technology development direction closely aligned with urban safety needs.

The presence of the Fire Fighting Robot at the program further highlighted Alta Software’s direction in developing highly practical technology solutions. In addition to focusing on software platforms for management, monitoring, and operations, Alta Software also aims to develop technology models that directly support real-world activities, contributing to safer, smarter, and more modern urban environments.

Alongside the technology exhibition activities, Alta Software also participated in digital transformation consulting sessions for wards, communes, and special administrative zones in An Giang Province. This was an important activity within the program, enabling technology enterprises to directly engage with local representatives, understand practical needs, and share suitable approaches for digital transformation implementation. Through these activities, Alta Software had the opportunity to introduce technology applications for urban management, monitoring, and operations, while connecting the Digital City ecosystem with real-world challenges related to data management, digital infrastructure, and smart city development in the locality.

Through its participation in the event, Alta Software aims to connect technology solutions with the practical needs of local authorities, particularly in areas such as smart monitoring, data management, digital content coordination, device administration, and emergency response support. Alta Software’s participation not only demonstrates its technology development capabilities but also reflects its commitment to accompanying localities on their digital transformation and smart city development journey.

In the future, Alta Software will continue researching, developing, and refining technology solutions aligned with the practical needs of enterprises, organizations, and urban areas. Through the application of AI, real-time data, centralized management, and operational support technologies, Alta Software aims to continue contributing to the development of smart, modern, and sustainable cities in Vietnam.
