ALTA SOFTWARE EXPANDS INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION WITH HWACOM SYSTEMS AT THE VIETNAM–TAIWAN INDUSTRIAL COLLABORATION FORUM 2025

The Vietnam–Taiwan Industrial Collaboration Forum 2025 was held as part of Digital Week, jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) and the Institute for Information Industry (III) of Taiwan. The event aimed to foster economic and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan (China), particularly in the context of digital transformation and sustainable development.

With a focus on two key themes—“Green Sustainability” and “Digital Transformation”—the forum sought to connect and support businesses from both countries in sharing information, experiences, and technologies, while exploring investment and cooperation opportunities. The program’s goal was to build long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to the sustainable economic growth of both Vietnam and Taiwan (China).

Participating companies introduced advanced solutions aligned with global development trends. Throughout the event, speakers delivered insightful perspectives and key messages on Vietnam–Taiwan cooperation opportunities.

As part of the forum agenda, Alta Software delivered an impactful presentation titled “The Potential of Vietnam’s Vending Machine Market – Trends and Opportunities.” Mr. Hoang Minh Anh Tu, representing Alta Software, offered a comprehensive overview of emerging tech trends and evolving consumer behaviors. He also introduced AI- and IoT-powered solutions as well as contactless interface technologies tailored for automated retail and smart city applications. These agreements served as concrete demonstrations of the forum’s commitment to practical collaboration and shared growth, focusing on areas such as digital transformation, smart manufacturing, smart cities, green energy, and innovation.

During the event, Mr. Hoang Minh Anh Tu from Alta Software and Mr. Chen Chun Cheng from HwaCom Systems Inc. took part in the MOU signing ceremony. This marked the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two companies, aimed at implementing potential technology projects in the near future.

Under the agreement, Alta Software and HwaCom Systems pledged to fully collaborate in smart transportation and smart city development in Vietnam. The MOU outlines activities such as joint research and development, data and technical knowledge sharing, pilot projects in major cities, participation in public project tenders via public-private partnerships (PPP), and joint market expansion efforts in Vietnam. This partnership represents a strategic step in Alta Software’s international expansion while leveraging HwaCom Systems’ proven smart city technology experience from Taiwan (China).
