DOBOT ATOM BY ALTA SOFTWARE MADE A STRIKING IMPRESSION AT THE INAUGURATION OF THE SAIGON MARINA IFC TOWER

At the inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower, Dobot Atom – the intelligent robot developed by Alta Software – captured everyone’s attention. With its agile operation, precise interaction, and real-time data processing, Dobot Atom not only showcased a breakthrough in technology but also delivered a unique interactive experience, elevating the event to an entirely new level.

At the inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower, alongside the official agenda and carefully curated event design, a standout highlight was the presence of the intelligent robot Dobot Atom, introduced by Alta Software. With its agile performance, natural interaction, and real-time responsiveness, Dobot Atom created a distinctive technological touchpoint at the reception area, setting the tone for a seamless, modern experience throughout the program.

Held in August 2025, the inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower was one of 80 landmark events celebrating the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025). The event was attended by Government leaders, ministries, city authorities, as well as representatives from financial institutions, strategic partners, and the domestic and international business community.

With its meticulously planned scale and execution, the inauguration not only marked the tower’s official opening but also signaled the beginning of Ho Chi Minh City’s strategic journey to establish and position itself as an International Financial Center—an essential direction for urban growth and global capital attraction in the coming years.

Located in the heart of District 1, right along the Saigon River, the Saigon Marina IFC Tower has been designed as a Grade A office space integrated with premium commercial, service, and lifestyle amenities. Beyond its prime location, the project emphasizes architectural innovation, technological integration, and public space design, aiming to achieve sustainable, smart operations while seamlessly connecting with the city’s modern infrastructure network.

At the reception area of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower inauguration, the humanoid robot Dobot Atom quickly drew attention with its friendly appearance and agile movements. Specially programmed and integrated by Alta Software for the event, the robot served as a modern, intuitive technological highlight within the ceremony’s space.

Dobot Atom is a next-generation humanoid robot that previously made an impression at iTECH Expo 2025. It is designed for safe operation in human-centered environments and features 41 degrees of freedom, enabling natural movements of the head, torso, arms, and hands. Its Straight-Knee Walking technique allows for smoother, more stable, and energy-efficient locomotion compared to conventional robots that rely on bent-knee walking.

The robot’s biomimetic hands are engineered to perform actions such as grasping objects, rotating, and interacting with tools like screwdrivers, pens, or trays—offering a versatile and human-like experience in real-world settings.

In addition, Dobot Atom is equipped with a computer vision system featuring high-resolution cameras and depth sensors operating at 60fps, enabling precise recognition of objects, positions, and surrounding environments. With integrated AI, the robot can self-learn, adapt its behavior, and maintain effective interaction across diverse scenarios.

The inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower marked an important milestone in urban development where technology and user experience converge.
