WORKSHOP “MASTERING IT RECRUITMENT SKILLS” EQUIPS STUDENTS WITH PRACTICAL CAREER READINESS
As the Information Technology job market continues to evolve under the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation, technical expertise alone is no longer enough for students to remain competitive. Soft skills, professional communication, and a strategic approach to job applications have become increasingly important in helping candidates stand out. With the goal of supporting students on their career journey, the “Mastering IT Recruitment Skills” Workshop was successfully held on June 27, 2026, at the HCA Training Center (466 Hoang Van Thu Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), attracting a large number of participants and providing practical insights into CV writing, job application emails, and interview skills.
The workshop was jointly organized by HCA Training Center and Alta Software, featuring a presentation by Ms. Dinh Thi Tuyet Trinh, Human Resources Director of Alta Group. Drawing on years of experience in IT recruitment and talent development, the speaker shared valuable perspectives directly from the employer’s point of view, helping students better understand what recruiters truly look for when evaluating candidates.
