ALTA SOFTWARE JOINS ISC FOR BATCH 2 BACKEND PROGRAMMING TRAINING – DEVELOPING FUTURE READY BACKEND ENGINEERS

Reaffirming its commitment following the success of Batch 1, Alta Software continues its partnership with the Technology Incubation and Innovation Support Center (ISC) for Batch 2 of the Backend Programming Training Program. The official inauguration took place on April 19, 2025, at the Hau Giang Digital Technology Zone, with 45 outstanding students from FPT Polytechnic Can Tho in attendance.

Amid Vietnam’s sweeping digital transformation, the urgency for high-quality IT talent has reached unprecedented levels. The Backend Programming Training Program, spearheaded by ISC with professional guidance and real-world orientation from Alta Software, offers a rigorous 12-week curriculum designed to immerse students in practical work environments while still in school. Building on the success of Batch 1, Batch 2 convenes 45 top-performing students from FPT Polytechnic Can Tho at the Hau Giang Digital Technology Zone, where participants not only strengthen core backend development foundations but also acquire critical soft skills such as analytical thinking, teamwork, and time management, and benefit from targeted career coaching by leading industry experts.

A cornerstone of the program is its project-based learning model, where students directly tackle real-world challenges proposed by partner companies. Rather than absorbing purely theoretical concepts, participants engage in hands-on projects within an environment that closely mirrors actual industry settings, cultivating a comprehensive skill set ranging from programming and problem-solving to presentation and collaboration.

In addition to technical expertise, the program integrates comprehensive soft-skills development, covering professional email writing, persuasive presentation techniques, mock interviews, and résumé preparation. These essential skills, often overlooked in traditional curricula, serve as critical competitive advantages when graduates enter the workforce.

A standout feature of Batch 2 is the integration of an E-learning platform, which empowers students to seamlessly monitor their learning progress, engage with instructors anytime, anywhere, and instantly access study materials, maximizing flexibility and efficiency.

Batch 2 builds upon the achievements of Batch 1, in which Alta Software supported the training of 48 backend and frontend students. At the inauguration event, Batch 1 alumni proudly received their completion certificates, with many securing positions at leading tech firms immediately upon graduation.
