On October 8, 2022, in Ho Chi Minh City, a cooperation signing ceremony took place between Au Lac Software Development One Member Limited Liability Company (Alta Software) and POD Technology Limited (Singapore and Hong Kong). The event aimed to establish a close partnership and joint development between the two companies.
The goal of the collaboration between Alta Software and POD Technology Limited is to create a modern healthcare ecosystem that automates processes and delivers a seamless, efficient user experience, while also enhancing the quality of medical care services.

The integration of the healthcare sector with core technology platforms such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) will serve as a foundation to drive a strong digital transformation in delivering comprehensive 360-degree healthcare in the future.
The first success of this collaboration is marked by the launch of the initial POD machine, which has been piloted at Hoa Hao Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The machine is capable of providing preliminary diagnostics for patients without the need for medical staff. Results are stored via cloud computing and sent directly to the patient’s phone. Doctors can also use these results to communicate directly with patients during consultations. The POD machine has helped reduce patient waiting times and significantly eased the overall workload for healthcare staff.
